Okay, since a lot of people don't know this rule, very much. I have created it, to understand what's going on.

When you rating a team, just don't SPAM. That's major, and I don't like it. It should not create problems for everbody, and that is it.

All ratings must be postive, not negative.

Also, no arguing. When you argue, you get into more trouble.

This is official, so be warned.
